Shipping Returns and Store Policies
Processing times are always located at the top of the home page. Although it is a general idea of timing we always ship packages as soon as possible!
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
At Northern Hounds we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but being our products are custom made to each order, we can only refund damaged goods. Faulty merchandise may be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product. If your order arrives and you notice you ordered the incorrect size, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or swap - so please double check your sizing.
For faulty items - You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 14 days.
If we do accept a return it is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer will also be responsible for return shipping charges.
We are not responsible for additional shipping charges due to changes in shipping price.
We are not responsible for lost packages. Once the package leaves our hands and is scanned by the mail carrier we are no longer responsible for the package being lost or damaged.
Please be aware that Northern Hounds is NOT responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs or lost packages. If you choose to have the item sent back to us because customs fees were not paid it is considered a forced return and we are not obligated to refund purchase price and/or shipping charges.
Northern hounds is not responsible for loss tags due to Stretched o-rings.
